What happens when PRA or KPRA does not answer?
The invoice is kept and sent again automatically.
Every invoice is saved with its own number before it is sent. If the authority does not answer (internet or server problems), the invoice stays Not sent yet and FBR Cloud sends it again automatically after 1, 2, 5 and 10 minutes, then every 30 minutes. The receipt can be printed as soon as the fiscal number arrives; the invoice page updates by itself.
