Why does PRA refuse my live invoices with “unauthorized”?

PRA accepts live invoices only from servers it has whitelisted. Send one e-mail per POS ID to eims@pra.punjab.gov.pk with your PNTN, business name, POS ID, server IP and server location. POS Settings shows this e-mail filled in for every live PRA counter.

Invoices refused before PRA confirms stay in your list as Refused: open them and press Send again once PRA has whitelisted the server.
